Enviri is excited to offer a dynamic Summer Internship Program to provide intelligent and motivated students with hands-on experience in their field of study. Interns will engage in meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and participate in learning sessions, site visits, and networking events.
About the Human Resources Internship
The Human Resources Intern will support Enviri’s corporate office with recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives by working on key projects to enhance HR programs, streamline processes, and support company-wide initiatives. This role is ideal for students pursuing Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field who are interested in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the TA Knowledge Center, organizing and curating content to support the recruitment process.
- Review and update forms and communication templates within our Applicant Tracking system, liaising with different business units to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Create standardized templates for job descriptions and other recruitment-related documents.
- Support Thrive and FFC programs, contributing to Enviri’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and employee well-being.
- Reorganize the HR and Communications Shared Drives and develop a guide for maintaining organization.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various HR programs
- Coordinate and schedule site visits to our Clean Earth (CE) and Harsco Environmental (HE) facilities
- Assist with initiatives such as stay Interviews
- Participate in the launch of the company’s ESG reports
- Assist with Marketing and Communications projects
Who We’re Looking For
- Current undergraduate student (junior level or above) pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR technology.
