We are seeking an individual to join our team in our Newport, AR site.

We offer an hourly payrate of $20.43, as well as competitive benefits including health insurance, life insurance and disability plans with 401k- company matching.

Responsibilities:

• Operating off-road type machinery including heavy mobile equipment (Ferro cut, Material Handler, Cold Loader, Terborg, Wet Plant Operator). 
• May also be required to operate crushing and screening equipment.   
• Perform and record routine mobile equipment pre-start and post inspections,
• Complete required activity reports.
• Follow all policies and rules of the company and the customer.
• Maintain a high level of safety and abide by all safe work requirements.

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 year’s experience as a heavy equipment operator.
• Do you have at least 6 months of experience operating heavy equipment?
• Ability to do manual labor in an outdoor environment that may include elevated areas and extreme weather conditions.
• Good communications skills, and the ability to read operating instructions.
• Proactive in SAFETY and works well in a team environment. 
• Must be alert and drug free at all times for the safety of the employee and his co-workers. 
• Must be able to climb in and out of the equipment, which involves several steps and ladders, may be required to shift gears manually.
• Employee may be re-assigned to other large off-road mobile equipment or may be required to perform manual laboring duties such as clean up, shoveling, etc.
