Job Description

Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Gather, store and understand all lease and guarantee contracts agreements from 3rd party vendors.
  • Work side by side with training department to create material and train employees
  • Reconciliation of repair orders, and quotes in different systems
  • Update/QC maintenance system of record on regular basis
  • Follow up and keep track of all pending items (repairs, documents, authorizations, etc..)
  • Contact and follow up with 3rd party vendors relating repairs, ETA on repairs, discrepancies, etc..
  • Provide guidance to everyday maintenance users on which vendor to use depending the repairs needed
  • Help coordinate repairs between sites and 3rd party vendors
  • Pull reports on a monthly/weekly basis and summarize info
  • Ensure/monitor Open/Close of RO
  • DVIR review as it relates to repair orders as needed.
  • Parts and labor spend report/understand per month/week
  • Identify recurring incidents
  • 25% travel availability, at beginning project this percentage can be up to 70%.
  • Should be available 9 - 5 MST
  • Fleetio SME

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Transportation, Logistics, or closely related field of study
  • Experience using Fleetio SME
  • Experience in waste transportation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel, including experience setting up spreadsheets and using VLOOKUPS
  • Fluency in verbal and written English
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs, proactively meet those needs and initiate actions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Attention to Detail – Demonstrates the ability to review or proofread work for accuracy; complete specific projects or assignments independently; concentrates on tasks at hand, even in distracting work environments.
  • Demonstrates the ability to efficiently manage own time, activities and resources.  Identify specific activities required to accomplish objectives, rank them in order of importance, and coordinate and act to achieve desired results; prioritize complex multiple activities and projects.  Recommends improvements to prevent reemergence of resolved issues.
  • Analytical Problem Solving – Ability to gather and analyze facts and data and draw correct inferences from the information.  Weighs alternatives and presents logical solutions to problems.
  • Team Participation – Demonstrates the ability to cooperate with others on projects, which require input from various sources.

Physical and Mental Demands

  • Must be able to regularly access and use general office equipment including phones, computers, copiers, etc.
  • Must be able to work in a busy, often distracting work environment that is generally climate controlled.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds unassisted on an occasional basis.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
