This position is a leadership role within the IT organization, responsible for driving all aspects of strategic decision-making related to application development across the IT enterprise. The role involves full autonomy and accountability for implementing and managing initiatives within the assigned area, which includes applications that support commercial teams such as Salesforce and customer portals. The individual in this role collaborates closely with Business Transformation teams, IT Infrastructure, the PMO, and various business and operations units to ensure effective project execution. This position reports directly to the Division CIO.
Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects
• Adopts enterprise standards and technology architecture, technology evaluation and transfer, IT governance process and quality assurance framework
• Project management: prioritization, planning of projects and features, stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments
• Work with product management, process improvement and business in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities that helps them succeed in their business goals.
• To use and implement a global resource model and to bring the most effective cost to quality ratio to bear in support of successful delivery
• To be the strategic leader that provides technology vision, enables innovation and understands IT trends that can create business value
• To ensure continuous improvements via fact / metric based analysis
• Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
• Operational Excellence: monitoring & operation of production services
• Career management and development of direct report.
Work environment:

· Education: (BA or BS degree required or preferred)
• Bachelor's or Masters Degree in information technology or related field
· Experience: (Required minimum of years of relevant experience.)
• Min of 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large cross functional teams/projects and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders
• Min of 7 years of leadership experience with Salesforce implementation and rollout in a complex environment involving multiple instances
• Min of 5 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large cross functional teams/projects and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders
· Skills: (The skills listed are the abilities and knowledge required to perform the job effectively.)
• Requires experience leading high impact applications development initiatives including release management, large-scale implementations, project management, vendor management and support systems
• Strong technical expertise with Microsoft technologies including .net, React JS, Azure DevOPs, Power BI etc
