We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Program Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing initiatives, executing and optimizing email campaigns to drive engagement and supporting digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, lead nurturing, customer loyalty, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lead generation strategies, campaign building, excellent project management skills, and the ability to analyze campaign performance.
Job Description:
- Build, execute, scale and replicate multiple, well targeted campaigns for both direct response and brand awareness across various verticals to increase volume, generate revenue, and reduce customer churn.
- Serve as the administrator of the digital marketing platform ensuring data integrity for accurate targeting and reporting.
- Build segmentation, scoring, attribution and operational elements of campaigns to guide lead nurturing campaigns.
- Build campaign lists utilizing data from various lead generation sources, market research data, and our customer database.
- Create copy, develop assets and templates (message headlines, email body, landing pages, imagery, etc.) in line with campaign objectives; work with team to ensure alignment across all digital marketing channels.
- Ensure all campaign content aligns with approved company messaging, vision and resonates with target audience; ensure all design elements align with brand guidelines and compliments the content.
- Work with sales teams to create attractive, relevant incentives/offers/value adds to customers across target verticals.
- Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences; Use findings to inform campaign strategies and enhance effectiveness.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and industry best practices.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports on overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on data analysis.
- Provide search engine marketing (SEM) support to align with lead generation and brand awareness campaigns working closely with PPC specialist and other internal marketing teams – ensure meta data is complete and current, customize campaign landing pages, ensure keywords and creative assets align with targets.
- Owner of Net Promotor Score Survey program to include custom survey builds by vertical working closely with internal departments and leadership; implement a regular cadence for issuance, reporting, and improvement/optimization recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in lead generation and marketing campaign management.
- Ability to independently optimize marketing channels to support lead generation programs.
- In depth knowledge of digital marketing and proven success with email campaign building and management.
- Proven experience with Salesforce.com.
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms such as Market or Pardot.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong ability to analyze and understand data and then apply for optimization.
Salary: $94,000 - $105,000
