Provide direct support to the Corporate Applications IT Team. Respond timely to incidents and requests providing customer-focused HR IT support to global HR end users. Evaluate, identify, resolve, or escalate more difficult issues/requests to applicable Team members for further action. Process reports/queries in the IT ticketing system to maintain tracking templates. Provide support to HR IT team processing/distributing reports and organize large amounts of data into actionable information; maintain documents including IT Job Aides, IT SOPs, business requirements documents, and business templates. Participate in System Testing of Corporate applications, documenting the results. Provide project support to leadership. Where applicable, provide user training and process support. Effectively communicate to appropriate audience(s) across technology and HR Teams.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Corporate Applications IT Team.
- Utilize reports/queries in the IT ticketing system to maintain tracking templates.
- Respond timely to incidents and requests providing customer-focused Tier 1 HR IT support to global HR end users reporting issues/requests in the IT ticketing system.
- Evaluate, identify, resolve, and/or escalate more complex issues/requests to applicable Team members for further action.
- Provide support to HR IT team processing/distributing reports and organizing large amounts of data into actionable information.
- Ability to evaluate multiple perspectives, collect evidence, ask questions, and use critical thinking skills to derive a conclusion and effectively communicate the conclusion.
- Maintain documents including Job Aides, SOPs, business requirements documents, and business templates ensuring each are consistent with Division and Corporate standards and best practices and are compliant with the global Enviri standards, procedures, and/or change management governance requirements.
- Provide project support to leadership including but not limited to maintenance of project documents and templates, scheduling meetings, capturing and organizing meeting notes.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks concurrently under tight deadlines without compromising quality or efficiency.
- Strong customer service-oriented disposition that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to the global end user base.

Basic Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science or a closely related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience
- Must have a minimum of two-year experience in a HR business support role, HR functional role, or HR Shared Services role.
- Experience with global organizations across multiple regions and countries
- Other Skills
- Solid planning, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete multiple tasks concurrently under tight deadlines without compromising quality or efficiency
- Proven deductive reasoning and problem solving skills
- Fact driven and analytically minded with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel (Intermediate or Advanced level) demonstrating the ability to organize data
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to be a strong independent contributor and an effective team member
III. Preferred Qualifications
- Education or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, a closely related discipline, or equivalent HR Process experience
- Three or more years’ experience in a HR business support role, HR functional role, or HR Shared Services role.
- Interpersonal Skills
- Analytical and deductive reasoning skills.
- Ability to write in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
- Technical Skills
- Experience with demonstrated computer competency with Microsoft office suite, including intermediate to expert Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word skills is required.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams as a collaboration tool.
- Experience managing items within an IT ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred)
- ERP HR and Finance system experience (Oracle preferred).
- Experience with reporting applications (Power BI preferred).
- Experience using HR Applications (Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance Management, Self-Service modules)
- Other Skills
- Experience with global organizations across multiple regions and countries
- Ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities and tasks concurrently under tight deadlines
