Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to operations including but not limited to processing paperwork, including manifests, maintaining logs and communicating required reports to the appropriate departments.

  • Perform necessary data entry and record keeping activities.
  • Assist customers with various questions, profiling process, and other requests.
  • Assist with setting up new customers in Salesforce.
  • Schedule load requests from customers with Facility Manager and inform customer of any conflicts.
  • Bill customers for loads received and assist with payment collections as needed.
  • Manage outbound mailing for facility, including return manifests and important documents.
  • Manage calls received and reroute calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Order office supplies and make facility PO’s through Oracle.
  • Partner with cross functional teams on required reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience providing administrative support
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • 1+ years of experience working in Salesforce
  • 1+ years of experience working in Oracle
  • Must be able to work onsite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree preferred
  • Ability to function independently; resolve problems
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
